  33.                         -R (rescans where echo area is NOT a passthru')

  45. and GENEA.BNL would be added, and TMSYSOPS would be deleted. The "---" 
  46. tearline MUST be specified to indicate the end of the list of 
  47. requests.

  49. Certain echomail areas are restricted.  If your request for an AREAFIX 
  50. results in you receiving a message which states that you are not 
  51. authorized to receive the conference requested, please do not submit 
  52. another AREAFIX message. You should contact the Conference Coordinator 
  53. and request authorization to receive the echo. The Conference 
  54. Coordinator's decision is final and not subject to appeal.
